Construction:

• Side rails manufactured from 10-gauge steel plate with two cut outs for 6" x x 1.5" Flush Mount LED lights. 
• Eight dimpled holes to add rigidity 
• Nine slots for straps
• Light-bar mounting hole in the front for 40" Lightbar
• Six cross bars manufactured from 1" x 2" rectangle tubes with .095 wall thickness
• 600 lbs static load capacity. 300lbs dynamic weight
• Bolt on application mounts to factory rail mounting points.  No Drilling.
• Minimal wind noise, very comfortable
• Arrives Bare steel - painting required

• Different size light cutouts for specific lights you may have or will be ordering
• Side rails can be higher. Standard design shows side rails almost flush with the cross rails. If you would like the cross rail to stay at theyre current location and raise the side rails higher, we can custom cut that for you.
